Our design-build process handles every phase under one roof: initial consultation with grading and drainage assessment, custom design development, material selection, construction, and final walkthrough. During the site evaluation we assess soil conditions, underground utilities, drainage patterns, and the relationship between your home and the outdoor space. From there we create a detailed layout with distinct functional zones (dining, lounging, cooking) using premium interlocking pavers, natural stone, or a combination of materials. Retaining walls, walkways, outdoor kitchens, fire features, and low-voltage lighting are all positioned for optimal traffic flow, sight lines, and usability.

Drainage is engineered into every renovation we design.
