Our installation process starts with a detailed site assessment covering grading, soil composition, drainage patterns, and proximity to your foundation, pool, or landscaping. We excavate to the appropriate depth, typically ten to twelve inches below grade, then install four to six inches of compacted crushed stone aggregate with geotextile fabric where needed. Forms are set to precise elevations with reinforcement (welded wire mesh or rebar) and control joints planned at regular intervals.

We work with trusted Long Island ready-mix suppliers, using air-entrained mixes that resist freeze-thaw damage. After placing, consolidating, and finishing the concrete, we apply a curing compound and saw-cut control joints to prevent random cracking.
