We offer a variety of cap options including natural bluestone, granite, limestone, and matching paver caps. The cap provides a smooth, comfortable sitting surface and gives the wall a polished, finished appearance.

Seating wall height is typically between 18 and 22 inches, which corresponds to standard chair seat height for comfortable sitting. Width is usually 12 to 16 inches, providing a sturdy, substantial feel. We can build straight walls, curved walls, serpentine designs, or L-shaped configurations depending on your layout. Curved seating walls are especially popular around fire pits, creating an intimate, amphitheater-like setting perfect for Long Island evenings.

We build all of our seating walls to withstand Long Island weather year after year. Proper drainage behind the wall prevents water buildup and frost damage. We use geogrid reinforcement on taller walls and always ensure the footing extends below the frost line. The materials we select are rated for freeze-thaw exposure and will not crack, chip, or deteriorate over time.
